General Counsel Forum

January 29-30, 2015
Intercontinental Hotel
Tampa, Florida

HDLI
will hold its 10th Annual General Counsel Forum on January 29-30, 2015 in Tampa, Florida.  This round-table forum will focus on current issues that housing attorneys and directors need to know - discussed from the perspective of inside and outside housing agency counsel. The relaxed and interactive atmosphere of the forum encourages high-level and thorough discussion of the issues that other conference formats do not provide.

Attorneys will receive up to 6 CLE credits, including ethics.

In honor of the 10th Anniversary of this Forum, topics will include:

  •  10 Must-Know Aspects of the New Uniform Procurement Rules

  •  10 Hot Topic Legal Ethics Conundrums

  •  10 Lessons Learned from Managing Monster Litigation

  •  10 Key Issues in Converting to RAD

  •  10 Thoughts on Methamphetamine on Public Housing Property

Forum participants are invited to stay through Saturday, January 31st for optional social networking activities during Tampa's famous Gasparilla Pirate Festival!
