2008 Fall Conference Registration Form

HDLI's 25th Annual Fall Legal Conference will be held Monday, October 27 as part of the NAHRO National Conference and Exhibition in San Antonio, Texas. Continuing Legal Education credits will be available for attorneys attending this conference. This year's theme is "Legal Hot Topics for 2008 & Beyond: New Financial Resources, Energy Conservation, Asset Management, Affiliates & Instrumentalities, VAWA, LEP, and Other Important Issues for 2008." Each Spring and each Fall, HDLI holds a legal conference designed to educate housing officials, housing employees, and legal counsel on hot legal topics of importance to public housing agencies.  At each conference, HDLI assembles prominent speakers on a host of current and hot topics important to housing agencies.  HDLI provides to all attendees a binder full of helpful monologues, cases, statutes and regulations. These materials serve as excellent additions to your resource library, and they are available for purchase at HDLI's Webstore.
